This year for Thanksgiving we were scheduled to be with my family. Mom and Dad were in Kenya, so the rest of us met in St. Louis where Emily and Adriel graciously opened their home to all of us. All.of.us.
It was just a great time--lots of cousins playing and lots of laughing and cooking and eating. And maybe Oliver gave Micah a bloody nose in an overly active game of "prisoner"--but whatever.
In all, it was another wonderful memory, another reason to be so grateful for our family.
