It's official.
After years of getting up before 5 am, reading countless journals and books, several trips to Scotland, thousands upon thousands of words, new ideas, statistical analysis, graphs, drafts, much prayer, stress, intense focus, discipline, and dogged determination to finish, Kevin has officially passed his defense.
I introduce to you:
Dr. Kevin Brown
And the newest member of our family:
Weighing in at around 4 pounds and nearly 2 inches think, she is the fruition of much effort and persistence.
We are so proud of you Kevin and of all your hard work!

Way to go Kevin! There was never any doubt that you would make it. Do we have to officially call you Dr. Brown now ... We already have one of those in our town. I'll try Dr. Kev. (How's that?)
Congratulations! I am late to read the blog, but still very excited for you - all of you! We are understanding around here the stress it puts on the whole family and we are so happy for you!
