That's right. Against all odds, Ada may finally be potty trained. After all my hard work and months of encouraging her to take the developmental leap, I left for the weekend. It was then, in the presence of her Dad who now looks like the one who can take all the credit, that Ada decided it was time. Of course, her will is strong and unpredictable so it could be that she will regress. But at this point, I would consider her trained.
And all of heaven rejoices with me.

So you're saying that I should leave everyone for a few days to get the girls completely trained? I guess if I have to take one for the team, I will .............. and maybe get a hotel, sleep in, eat slowly, read a book, and go shopping. A mother should always put her family's needs before her own, right? :)

Laurin-that is definitely what you need to do. Motherhood is all about sacrifice.
