OOVOTO (Our Own Version Of The Olympics) dawned again and Cambel could not have been more excited. Ada was less convinced this was something to celebrate, but went along gamely (pun intended) with all the preparations, hopeful that it would be as exciting as Cambel claimed it was.
Cambel wanted his hair gelled up for the big day.
He came in 2nd in the run.
Class OOVOTO shirts. I thought Ada's was the cutest.
While Cambel found his groove in the basket shooting contest, Ada mainly emphasized the social aspect of the day.
Cambel and his friend Aidan were disappointed to not place in the 3 legged race, meanwhile, Ada was content to be the center of attention in figuring out the game schedule and taking pictures with friends.
And while Cambel sprinted to another 2nd place finish, Ada competed in the chicken relay.
In the end, Cambel was tired and happy and Ada decided OOVOTO wasn't all it was cracked up to be...but the shirt was nice.
