During our family devotional time we were reading the story of Abraham and Sarah and the birth of Isaac. While discussing God's ability to do the impossible, Ada chimed in with this interesting connection:
"I thought it was impossible to get my pony comb out of my fan upstairs. I thought we would never get it out.'
(Kevin and I nod trying not to laugh and trying to figure out how to tie this back to God...this proves to be, well, impossible).
(Ada continues, unprompted) "And I don't even know who would put that comb in the fan. I would never do that."
(at this point I just started laughing out loud and gave up entirely on spiritual application. God may not be limited, but I am).
