Last Day of Kindergarten

Summer break has started and we are officially parents of a first grader. Wasn't it just yesterday I was writing a sappy post about his first  day of Kindergarten?
This has been a good year for Cambel.  He has learned to read and we have seen him mature and grow. We are thankful that his first year of public school has been a positive one.
On Cambel's last day of school, his teacher hosted a reception and he and his class showed off some of what they have learned this year.

We watched the class recite and sing all kinds of newly acquired knowledge, but the video I leave you with is one that I think sums up Kindergarten pretty well. Not to mention, a gem that Cambel will definitely want us to hold on to for years to come.
