Why you should take a 6 year old boy swimsuit shopping

Instead of taking a nap, or having "quiet time" Cambel decided to go with me on my mad hunt for a swimming suit before we leave on vacation (and let the record state that I HATE shopping for swimming suits). Some might think that dragging a 6 year old with you while you try on various swimsuit designs that seem intent on making you look as bizarre as possible is a big mistake.  But I say, a 6 year old boy can be very helpful.
A 6 year old boy won't hesitate to tell you right away what he thinks about the suit you have on.
He isn't afraid of asking why there are so many weird suits.
A 6 year old boy has the attention span of a gnat and will keep you from spending hours in the dressing room contemplating why various parts of you body look so strange in a suit.
He will hold the phone up high so that you can get a strong enough signal to text pictures of your options to various friends and family members.
He will  also encourage you to make a quick decision based on your first impression, which is usually the right one.
And if all that wasn't enough, he just might make you stop at the photo booth to take crazy pictures of yourself with the caption "I wanna rock" so that you can remember forever the day you went swimsuit shopping with your 6 year old boy.
