Homestudy File (aka our life in paper form)

It's about time I posted something new, and what better way to (re)start than to post terrible pictures of a binder:

Why might I be posting these (really bad) photos? Because what you see here, in the form of hundreds of papers, represents our life. These documents tell about who we are, where we are from, our kids, our health, our goals, our doctor's assessment of us, our negative TB tests, our criminal record checks, our tax statements, our assets, our passports, birth certificates, letters of reference, and much more more.
This is our homestudy file, and it is officially complete.
Let me tell you, it is no small thing to put one of these together and I was so happy to drop it off today. We are one gigantic step closer to bringing home our little one, whoever they may be.
Next step: Our first homestudy visit.
