It seems a little strange to try to "catch up" on blogging now, since that means posting Christmas pictures and Christmas seems like it was so long ago. Of course, the few weeks since Christmas have been full ones for us. We packed up our house and moved in the middle of blizzard-like conditions to a rental home in Anderson. We are grateful for this home and although it is on the (very) small size we are adjusting and truly enjoying being together as a family. We still have a few boxes to unpack, and so far I have met exactly no one, but I am hoping that time will remedy my friendless situation.

Our computer apparently did not like the move and in its distress has been rendered virtually unusable for anything other than surfing the internet. More updates may be slow in coming until we can get it warmed up to its new home (which may require an entirely new hard drive).
