During VBS week this summer, we were able to bring Honorine and Moses (2 of the kids from the Congolese refugee family--and now just our friends) to our house to spend the night. So they were able to hang out with us for awhile and go to a day of VBS. All the kids seemed to have a good time. I am amazed at the courage and resilience of Honorine and Moses--they don't know us that well and they don't know much English at all, and yet they threw themselves into playing and being with us and enjoying VBS.
