Oliver's hair: what it was, what it could be, and what it is.

 

What it was--getting too long to be manageable and collecting all kinds of carpet fiber and fuzz that was impossible to get out.

What it could be:

Twisted (turns out this takes some time and patience, and some more even hair...but cute for a day or two)

 

An expanding fro. The twists made his hair even longer and when I combed it out, the result was his best afro yet. Some serious volume here.

What it is:

 

Kevin's practical wisdom prevailed and after a short youtube tutorial and a session with the clippers, Oliver has short manageable hair. (It was impossible to get him to hold still for a picture).
