A tea party
Long ago there was a little girl who wanted a party for her 4th birthday and a mother who did not love having lots of little girls over. But the girl asked sweetly and the mother was really trying to be a good mom, so they planned a small tea party complete with fancy dishes, finger sandwiches, delicate cookies, and pink lemonade in teacups. It was delightful and the girl had a perfect day. The mother patted herself on the back, cleaned up her house, made a mental note to monitor the amount of lemonade each girl had to drink should there ever be another party in a one- bathroom home, and then got so busy with life that she only posted pictures of the party 3 months later. Thankfully the little girl was too busy living happily ever after to notice. ( happily being a subjective state that is prone to wild variance and easily affected by such things as the temperature of the food, the length of PBS one is allowed to watch, and what one's mother forces her to wear).
