Look away if you are bored by pictures of someone's house. Close this window if poorly taken pictures bother you. But I have had some requests (okay, one request) for pictures of the house we are living in, and I blog to please. Keep in mind that there are still several things to do, like finish painting and hang some things on the wall, and hang curtains. (Not than any of these things will be completed any time soon, but it is nice to have goals).
This is Ada's room (there she is asleep in her bed with her stuffed lamb).

Our bathroom (obviously).

Cambel's bedroom (there he is, not asleep on his bed).

Where I spill, mis-measure, and burn various items of food

Where we partake of the results of my efforts

The door you would come in if you come to visit (and since we don't have a lot of room, there is a hotel just down the road whose sign boasts of air conditioning, phone, color TV, AND heat...only the best for our guests).

The living room. The huge rolltop desk is a special piece for us. It belonged to Kevin's grandfather. Kevin nearly broke his back moving it into the house, so we have to stay here for a long long time.

There are no pictures of our room. It is just too bad to document. We have a really tiny closet and a very small dresser and our clothes are spilling out everywhere. We are still working on a solution for that.
So, there you have it. Our house. I would post a picture of the front, but that would mean traipsing through several feet of snow, and I just don't think anyone cares quite that much.

Looks great! We'll have to come down and see it in person!

It looks great. You're not even decorating with any boxes, I'm impressed. We would love to visit sometime. Do you know how far you are from Marion?
